 Our treatment team consists of certified and registered staff who are dedicated to help each participant gain the esteem necessary to transition into the community as a clean and sober contributing member.

San Fernando Recovery Center provides treatment for substance use disorder through the use of group and individual counseling sessions. Counseling shall only occur by individuals who hold current registration or certification by a Department of Health Care Services approved certifying body, such as, California Consortium of Addiction Programs and Professionals or Addiction Counselor Certification Board of California. 

Each counseling session provides the participants access to many avenues of information which can benefit them in their individual treatment plans. These types of services include both in-house access as well as referral to outside agencies. Examples of commonly accessed or offered services include, but are not limited to; educational opportunities; vocational counseling and training’ job referral and placement; legal services; physical health, mental health, or dental services; social or recreational services and; individual and group counseling sessions for participants, spouses, parents and other significant people.
